Brittany & Chris had a most amazing wedding day! Yes, Brittany’s custom designed bridal gown was draw dropping, and her flowers and cake were gorgeous, the intercontinental’s suite that they got ready in was perfect, they said “I do” at one of the most impressive church’s in Kansas City, and the reception was perfectly decorated and served an incredible meal. BUT….what really made the day so wonderful? Just scrool down and notice all the love, laughter, and pure joy in not only the happy couple but also their friends and family. It was so much fun to be with them all day.
I really love the image where both the makeup artist and Brittany’s mother (a makeup artist herself…) is making sure everything is prefect.
Just look at those layers to the dress! Vicki hand stitched the gems on all the bridesmaids sashes and the girls all wore a gold “will you help me tie the knot?” ring that were gifted to them for their special role in the big day.
Brittany opened a note from Chris and her mom helped her with the earrings and veil.
The guys had a great view of the Plaza Art Fair from their hotel balcony.
After the first look, we headed to Loose Park with the bridal party and family. The weather couldn’t have been better.
I adore long veils. It really makes a statement and adds some romance to the day.
The Grand Street Cafe is an incredible place to have a great reception.
The toasts had many sentimental moments, and also quite a few laughs.
First dance and the bridal party joins for the end followed by father-daughter dance and mother son dance….
I am sure that I will never tire of the mother-son dance. And look at that party!
Congrats Birttany & Chris! I wish you many blessings and great happiness for all time. It was an honor to capture your day.
