Congratulations to Darin and Marci! Your intimate wedding and reception was even more lovely with the light snow flakes falling throughout the day. I hope you look through your images and see a day full of love, laughter, pre-wedding jitters, celebratory dances….and your family & friends. The girls met at Cellar 222 for some images of the family, bridesmaids, and beautiful bride….and used the Crossroads as a backdrop for some images in the snow. Then we headed to the Pilgrim Chapel for the wedding ceremony where the guys were waiting patiently.
It was of great importance to Darin not to see Marci before she walked down the isle, and you can see by his smile that he does not regret his choice. The small chapel is a gorgeous venue for weddings, and this was no exception.
We took advantage of the outside of the chapel for a few moments after the ceremony of the newly weds. Look at how those flowers pop against the snow.
And then to Cellar 222 for the reception…and a few romantic portraits in the back stairwell. I love these photographs so much…and Darin even kicked it up a notch with some posing ideas. The venue was decorated beautifully and the cake, flowers, and centerpieces set the stage for a great evening. The cake cutting, toasts, and first dance were memorable and touching…and the party after was a blast.
Congrats again. It was an honor to capture your day,
Rebecca
