Oh, my goodness, what a day of love, happy tears, and laughter. And enormous gusts of wind and beautiful sunshine. Gorgeous details and attire. The meaningful ceremony followed by an amazing party. Day of wedding coordination is ALWAYS a great idea, and with Megan’s help from Simple Elegance, the day went so smoothly. You see where this is going, right? Yup, you got it. The Bourgmont Winery wedding day was perfect, and I wanted to share just a few of my favorites from it with you.
The moments in the getting ready rooms were pure joy. I love all the laughter, big smiles, and loving tears that were given freely all day long. It makes my job of capturing authentic moments so much fun. And if you have been following my work long, you know I adore moments with siblings and parents. So, I *might* have shared way too many images with you from this first part of the day… 
First look with the bridesmaids: seeing Mackenzie in her dress for the first time was magical for them.
And then the first look with Mackenzie’s father: also magical. 
And not to be outdone, I love Leroy’s expressions when he sees his bride. 
The Bridal Party & Wedding Portraits
This bridal party was SO much fun!
The bouquets, boutonnieres, and flower arrangements were beautiful! And look at how handsome Leroy is! I LOVE that portrait of him below. He was a trooper all day long as his favorite thing is NOT being in front of the camera. But, he knows how important the day’s photography is to Mackenzie, so he did so with love all day long. And she rewards him with that amazing smile all day long. 
Mackenzie’s aunt helped her with her veil right before the ceremony. Look at those reactions!

The wedding ceremony was held at Mackenzie’s family’s parish, Church of the Ressurection with their officiant Wendy Chrostek.

After the ceremony, we had about 30 minutes of light before the sunset to capture some newlywed moments in the golden hour. Nothing can beat the “we just got married” glow that Leroy & Mackenzie were oozing with. But, the amazing light and gorgeous vineyard surroundings enhanced the beauty of images.
