Oh, how I adore small and intimate weddings like this one. Amber and Lance said their vows and created many moments throughout their day to cherish, which I had the privilege to capture. I teared up more than once watching Amber with her grandparents. I can only hope that I was able to capture the love, affection, and gratitude present all day long. And then there was the sweetness in Lance’s eyes when he looked at his bride.
We did the first look and portraits outside of the Pilgrim Chapel before the wedding ceremony. The trees were in new bloom, making the day even more beautiful.
After the daytime reception at PizzaBella in the Crossroads District (can we talk about some amazing food for a moment….WOW!) we took full use of the alley ways behind the cute restaurant for some awesome urban portraits. These are always some of my favorites….the combination of a bridal gown, grooms suit, and the unpolished cityscape just makes for wonderful images.
Congrats, Amber & Lance! I couldn’t be happier for you both and wish you a lifetime of happiness and love.
