Jess & Ben had their fingers crossed for a dry day to have their wedding ceremony overlooking the gorgeous Shadow Glen Golf Course in Olathe but Mother Nature had a different plan. We made the most out of the time before the rain started with an outdoors toast with the Jess’s bridal party, some fabulous bridal portraits, an incredibly sweet first look (make sure to watch the slideshow below to see Ben’s expression when he sees Jess for the first time!), and many great photographs of the soon to be hitched couple. But the rain did not stop them from enjoying their wedding day to the fullest. It is so much fun to watch them (and their families and friends) having such a great time throughout the day. And I can’t blame them because Jessica & Ben’s smile, sweetness, and silly spirit are contagious.
Oh, and the best thing about the rain? It left behind gorgeous clouds for an incredible sunset.
